As Managing Director of MAPIO Financial, Liz Murdie leads with a passion for helping people achieve their property and financial goals. With over 23 years’ experience in financial services and estate agency, Liz combines strategic vision with a people-first approach, ensuring clients receive expert, personalised advice. She specialises in making the mortgage and protection process as smooth and stress-free as possible, whether clients are buying their first home, moving up the ladder, or protecting their family’s future.
Away from work, Liz enjoys family adventures with her husband, Steve, and their son, Thomas, often exploring the stunning West Coast of Scotland. A keen food enthusiast, she loves discovering new flavours and experiences to share with loved ones. Liz’s leadership continues to inspire both clients and her team, helping them achieve lasting success and peace of mind.
Rob Beadle
Mortgage & Protection Advisor
Rob Beadle brings over 20 years of experience in property, conveyancing, and client care to his role at MAPIO Financial. Having started his career in conveyancing at Harrowells Solicitors before working as a Senior Sales Advisor at YOUR MOVE Anscombs for 16 years, Rob has a comprehensive understanding of the entire home-buying and selling process. Now a qualified Mortgage and Protection Advisor, he uses his knowledge to guide clients through every stage of their property journey, from securing the right mortgage to arranging protection plans.
Based in a village north of York, Rob enjoys family life with his wife, Donna, and their two children, Josh and Grayson. In his free time, he’s passionate about gardening and sustainable living, growing his own produce and caring for a lively collection of family pets. Rob’s focus is always on delivering clear, reliable advice to help clients move forward with confidence.
Scott Anscomb

With over 40 years of experience in estate agency and financial services, Scott Anscomb is a trusted name in the York property market. His approach is centred on building long-term relationships and providing expert advice to help clients navigate every step of their home-buying journey. While much of Scott’s time is spent working within YOUR MOVE Anscombs, MAPIO Financials’ sister company, he plays an important role in supporting the MAPIO team with his wealth of knowledge.
Having lived in York for over 25 years, Scott enjoys village life in Strensall with his family. Outside work, he is passionate about travel, skiing, golf, and cycling. Scott’s extensive experience bridges both estate agency and financial services, making him uniquely placed to offer clients exceptional guidance and support.
